Geotechnical Engineer

Ms. Holmes serves as a Project Manager / Geotechnical Engineer for MGA. Ms. Holmes has been involved in various phases of geotechnical projects, including development and implementation of subsurface exploration programs, geotechnical engineering design, construction monitoring, and project management.  Ms. Holmes has design and construction experience in shallow and deep foundations, lateral earth support systems, earthwork, groundwater dewatering, and geotechnical instrumentation for a variety of projects including schools, bridges, and commercial, retail, and residential developments.
