495 Center is a 562 acre office/R&D park consisting of 11 main development parcels varying in size from 6 to 175 acres. 5,000,000 square feet of development is proposed. MGA provided geotechnical engineering design and earthwork construction observation services for the development parcels on Route 20, Lyman and Bartlett Streets. Geotechnical recommendations for the design of foundations, slabs, pavements, slopes and retaining walls were provided.
