Retail Development

Atlantic Development constructed 170,000 square feet of retail buildings, including a Lowe’s Home Improvement Center, and associated parking and roadway areas on this 26 acre parcel. MGA designed and implemented subsurface explorations, site research and geotechnical studies and developed recommendations for use in the design and construction of the project in complience with site specific tenant lease criteria. MGA also provided provided QA/QC services during earthwork construction.
